The investment team targets quality borrowers, sectors and assets that are underserved by the banking sector. MCIP provides financing for various purposes, including acquisition, repositioning and development.
The team is based in Melbourne, Australia and has extensive experience in sourcing, underwriting, and managing real estate loans. The team has been investing together for over seven years and has completed over AUD 900 million of loan investments.
